The younger kids are off track so we went to the Living Aquarium. They have some new things there so it was so exciting! Can you find the fish in the picture below? It took me a while to find it in the tank. It did not ever move.
Alexa and Shania finally touched the Stingrays.
The new South America part was fascinating. They have an electric eel. They have probes that go into the water that measure the electrical current that the eel gives off at different times. We got to watch them feed it and watch it light up the board. It gives off an electrical current equal to 5 plug outlets. Amazing!! The picture below is of a crocodile peeking up above the water.
We also got to watch them feed the Piranha's. Here is one below. It was gross but cool!
